How It Works
Built Around Clarity, Not Complexity
Fellowship Intelligence offers a structured suite of AI governance products designed for small and mid-sized businesses navigating the realities of AI adoption. Whether you're mapping usage for the first time or installing a full governance system, every engagement is scoped before it begins - so you know exactly what you're getting.
Scoped Upfront
Scope, tier and deliverables are confirmed before any engagement begins.
Prepaid & Defined
Fixed pricing tied to clear deliverables - no open-ended billing.
Right-Sized Entry
Start where your organization actually is, not where you think you should be.
Built to Operate
Governance frameworks are operational systems - not policy documents that collect dust.
Entry Point
AI Usage Diagnostic
$2,500 – $4,500
Before building governance infrastructure, you need to understand what is actually happening inside your organization. The AI Usage Diagnostic maps current AI activity across one to three workflows, identifies risk exposures and operational inconsistencies, and produces a written report with a clear recommendation for next steps.
This is the low-friction entry point for organizations that are not yet ready - or do not yet know if they need - a full governance engagement. No prior AI governance work required. Just a willingness to look clearly at what's already in motion.
AI Governance Diagnostic
$5,000 – $7,500
A structured audit of your organization's AI exposure, policy gaps and governance readiness. The Governance Diagnostic covers cross-functional AI activity, risk surface mapping, decision inconsistency and maturity assessment. The output becomes the foundation for framework design.
This is the primary conversion product into a full governance framework engagement - giving you a rigorous, documented picture of where your organization stands and exactly what needs to be built.
AI Operating Framework
$15,000 – $25,000
The AI Operating Framework is the governance system installed inside your organization. It defines how AI is used, how decisions are classified, how data is handled and who is accountable. Training sessions are included in all framework tiers.
This is not a policy document. It is an operational system built to your workflows, your team structure, and the actual way your organization uses AI. When the engagement is complete, your team has a functioning governance infrastructure - not a binder on a shelf.
Behavior Alignment
AI Operator Training
$7,500 – $15,000
Governance infrastructure only works if the people operating within it understand how to use it. AI Operator Training delivers role-specific, scenario-based alignment sessions - focused on how your team actually makes decisions with AI, not generic AI literacy content.
Available as a standalone product or included within AI Operating Framework engagements. Each session is built around your actual workflows, decision patterns, and team structure - not a generic curriculum that could apply to any organization.
